PSQ-1002 corner travel actuator is a product launched by the manufacturer of PS Automation GmbH actuator in Germany. PSQ series angle stroke electronic integrated electric actuator, small size, light weight, strong function, intelligent operator, easy to operate. PSQ series angular stroke electric actuator, with 90 degree angular stroke output torque of 50 Nm-3000Nm, is suitable for 90 degree rotary valves (such as ball valves, butterfly valves) and throttle switch or regulation control.

PSQ-1002 Angle Travel Actuator Intelligent Controller PSAP4
PSAP4 is an intelligent proportional servo circuit for PS electric actuator. It adopts SMT technology and has the characteristics of small size and high reliability.  The circuit will control the 4-20mA current signal of the electric actuator, and compare it with the current position signal of the actuator. According to the deviation, it will control the opening or closing action of the actuator to balance the position of the actuator with the input signal.
PSAP4 provides a set of 4-20mA position signals which are isolated from the working power supply and input signal while the actuator acts with the input 4-20mA signal.
PSAP4 can easily adjust the starting position and travel of the actuator; can easily achieve positive/negative switching; set the actuator to be fully open, fully closed or maintained when the input signal fails.
Working Principle of PSQ-1002 Angle Travel Actuator
The position signal conversion circuit changes the resistance signal of 1000 Euro three-line sliding line reflecting the position of the actuator to 4-20 mA. The control input is compared with the position signal sent to the bias amplifier at the same time. The comparison results control the on-off of the solid-state switch and realize the on-off control of the actuator. By adjusting the sensitivity according to the control requirements, the tracking accuracy can be changed and the possible oscillation caused by mechanical inertia can be eliminated.

Additional stroke (2WE) and additional moment (2DE) switches are two sets of additional switches, which can satisfy the output of two passive contact signals (220VAC5A) when the actuator reaches the appropriate position or torque. Single/double valve position feedback potentiometer (POT/POT2) outputs 0-1000_resistance signals corresponding to the valve position of one or two groups (POT) as the feedback input signal of the servo amplifier or transfers them to the instrument for display of the valve position.
